If you have a child support case, you can access an online customer service representative who is available to customers who are viewing their case information on njchildsupport.org. Customers must be logged into their case information to access the web chat service. Our web chat service provides another way for clients to get help and to address their child support issues. The web chat service will be available from the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Case information will remain available via the case information page at www.njchildsupport.org or by calling 1-877-NJKIDS1 (655-4371).
