We care about the security of your EPPICard.

If you are a New Jersey Child Support EPPICard holder that was impacted by the Target Corporation breach that occurred from November 27, 2013 to December 15, 2013, and have not yet received your replacement EPPICard debit card; be assured that your new card has been mailed to your address on record. Please be advised that due to the extreme severe inclement weather that affected the nation, some customers have experienced a delay with the delivery of replacement cards. MasterCard and EPPICard are working diligently to provide Child Support customers affected by the Target Department Store breach with new replacement debit cards as expeditiously as possible.

If you have not received your replacement debit card by Friday January 17th or have any other questions, please feel free to contact EPPICard Customer Service toll free at 1-866-461-4094. Customer Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are taking this action to protect your child support payments from fraudulent activity.

Please be aware that in order to access the requested information, you will leave the NJ Child Support Web site. You will need your Case ID number and Social Security number and date of birth to access your case information.

NJ Child Support Portal Access

Statewide implementation of the New Jersey Kids Deserve Support (NJKiDS) system was completed on September 1, 2009. Partner agencies may access certain case information to conduct authorized activities. Access to the portal must be approved by OCSS.
