Who do we serve?

• The program serves those non-custodial parents with child support orders who are unemployed and underemployed who meet the criteria under the Welfare to Work and TANF programs.

• The program design is two-fold:

• Enforcement remedy: eligible non-custodial parents who are non-compliant with their child support obligations can be ordered to participate in the Work Requirements Judicial Benchcard Initiative; or

• Voluntary participation: eligible non-custodial parents who wish to be a voluntary participant in the Work Requirements Judicial Benchcard Initiative may do so at the initial order establishment of a child support order.
